1.What’s included in the rent?
Your rent covers WiFi, housekeeping of common areas, security, and access to all community spaces & amenities. Electricity is prepaid and needs to be recharged separately.
2. Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required at the time of move-in. Please note, ₹1500 will be deducted for maintenance while vacating, and a 30-day notice is required for a full refund.
3. Is there a lock-in period?
No lock-in period! Stay as long as you like. Just provide a 30-day notice before moving out.
4. Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges! Your rent includes amenities like WiFi and access to common areas. Electricity is prepaid and charged separately.
5. Are the rooms at Nebesa ready to move in?
Yes! All our rooms are fully furnished and ready for you to move in hassle-free. Just bring your essentials, and you’re good to stay!
